Asif Ahmed is an M&A consulting engagement manager at a Big 4 firm, specializing in valuation services and financial due diligence with a decade of experience in the energy and finance sectors. Before transitioning into M&A, Asif began his career as a field engineer at Halliburton, working on land rigs in Bangladesh and offshore rigs in Thailand. This hands-on experience provided deep technical insight into oilfield operations, energy infrastructure, and resource optimization, shaping his passion for energy diversification and efficiency.
A BUET graduate, Asif also holds a Master’s in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.
